These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MiniStream application and its related services (together, the "Service"), published by MozgoTech ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MiniStream, or older where your country requires it — at least 16 in most of the European Economic Area. You must also meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements of every platform you connect. If you use MiniStream on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe it has been compromised. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent — see our Delete Account page.
MiniStream works by acting on channels and accounts you own, using authorization you grant. This means:
You keep ownership of everything you create. Your broadcasts, recordings, clips, posts, branding and other material remain yours.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, reformat and transcode your content solely so we can operate the Service for you — for example to relay your live stream to the destinations you selected, to store a clip you are editing, or to deliver a post you asked us to publish. This licence exists only to run the Service, ends when you delete the content or your account, and gives us no right to publish, promote, sell or otherwise exploit your content.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you stream or publish through MiniStream, including any music, footage, images or trademarks it contains.

MiniStream offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans unlock additional simultaneous destinations and features.
MiniStream lets you invite people to your team and allow them to go live on your behalf. If you invite someone:
MiniStream can generate suggested captions, hashtags, recaps and clip highlights. These are suggestions only. AI output can be inaccurate, inappropriate or unsuitable for your audience. Review anything AI generates before you publish it — you remain fully responsible for what goes out on your channels. We make no warranty about the accuracy, quality or fitness of AI-generated output.
We work to keep MiniStream running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Live streaming depends on your device, your network connection, our relay infrastructure and each destination platform — a failure in any of these can interrupt a broadcast. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, and we may change, add or remove features over time.
Do not rely on MiniStream alone for a broadcast where failure would cause you serious loss. For critical events, have a fallback.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted or secure, or that defects will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MozgoTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, viewers, followers or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including a failed, interrupted or incomplete broadcast.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 50.
You agree to indemnify and hold MozgoTech harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using MiniStream and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if your use puts the Service or other users at risk, or if we are required to by law or by a platform we depend on. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right. On termination, Sections 5 (last paragraph), 11, 12, 13 and 16 survive.
We may update these Terms as MiniStream changes. The "Last updated" date always reflects the current version. For material changes we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
