1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MiniStream application and its related services (together, the "Service"), published by MozgoTech ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to create an account or use MiniStream. When you create an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. MiniStream is not directed to children, and if we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18 we will close it.
You must also meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements of every platform you connect. If you use MiniStream on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe it has been compromised. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent — see our Delete Account page.
4. Connected platforms — important
MiniStream works by acting on channels and accounts you own, using authorization you grant. This means:
- You must own, or be properly authorized to operate, every channel, Page or account you connect.
- Your use of each platform remains governed by that platform's own terms. MiniStream does not exempt you from them. In particular, by using MiniStream's YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and by using MiniStream's TikTok features you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service and the TikTok Community Guidelines.
- You are responsible for everything MiniStream publishes on your behalf, exactly as if you had posted it yourself. Content you publish to a platform through MiniStream must comply with that platform's content rules — a post that would breach TikTok's Community Guidelines if you uploaded it in the TikTok app breaches them just the same when MiniStream uploads it for you.
- Platforms may change, restrict or withdraw their APIs, may rate-limit or suspend access, and may enforce their own rules against your account. We do not control this and are not responsible for it. A feature may stop working, or a destination may become unavailable, for reasons entirely outside our control.
- You may disconnect any platform at any time, in the app and from the platform's own settings.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you create. Your broadcasts, recordings, clips, posts, branding and other material remain yours.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, reformat and transcode your content solely so we can operate the Service for you — for example to relay your live stream to the destinations you selected, to store a clip you are editing, or to deliver a post you asked us to publish. This licence exists only to run the Service, ends when you delete the content or your account, and gives us no right to publish, promote, sell or otherwise exploit your content.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you stream or publish through MiniStream, including any music, footage, images or trademarks it contains.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use MiniStream to create, stream, publish or distribute content that:
- is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates unlawful activity;
- infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
- sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way;
- harasses, threatens, defames or incites violence or hatred against any person or group;
- contains malware, or is used to phish, scam or defraud;
- impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation with anyone.
You also may not:
- use the Service to violate any connected platform's terms, or to circumvent their rate limits, quotas or moderation;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our source code or credentials;
- resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as your own product;
- interfere with the Service's operation, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- use automated means to create accounts or evade plan limits.
7. Plans, billing and cancellation
MiniStream offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans unlock additional simultaneous destinations and features. You can also buy storage packs — monthly subscriptions, on any plan, that add cloud storage on top of your plan's allowance.
- Subscriptions, plans and storage packs alike, are sold and processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by us. Their terms govern the transaction. Buy them in the MiniStream app on Android or iPhone; what you buy applies to your account everywhere, including the web app.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Cancel through your store account (Google Play or Apple), not through us — we cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the current period ends.
- Refunds are handled by the store under its refund policy. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases.
- We may change plan pricing or contents. We will give you reasonable notice, and changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
- If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, paid features are disabled but your account remains.
- Storage after a plan or a storage pack ends. If what you keep in cloud storage is then more than your allowance, new uploads stop until you are back within it. We tell you, and give you 30 days to delete files, buy space or renew. If you are still over after that, we may remove your oldest library clips until you are within your allowance, and we warn you again a week before. Record room recordings are never removed this way — only you delete them.
8. Teams and delegated access
MiniStream lets you invite people to your team and allow them to go live on your behalf. If you invite someone:
- You are responsible for what they do with the access you grant, and for anything published to your channels as a result.
- Grant access only to people you trust, and remove them when they no longer need it.
- Revoking a member's access rotates the relevant stream credentials. Do this promptly when someone leaves.
9. Record rooms
A Record room lets several cameras record at once — your own phones, tablets and computers, and guests you invite. Each camera records on its own device and uploads its recording to the host's MiniStream storage, where the host can edit it and make videos from it.
- If you host a room, you are responsible for the people and devices you bring into it. You must have each person's permission to record them and to publish what you record, and you must not use a room to record anyone without their knowledge. A device that joins by scanning your room's code is one of your cameras, and you are responsible for it.
- If you join someone else's room as a guest, you agree that the host may record your camera and microphone and may edit and publish those recordings. You are shown that the room is recorded before you join. You can leave at any time; what was recorded before you left stays with the host, in the host's storage, and is the host's to keep or delete — including if you later delete your own account.
- Guests must meet the same eligibility rules as every user, including the minimum age in Section 2.
- While a room is open, a low-resolution live picture of each camera and the voices of the people in the room are passed between the devices in it so you can see and talk to each other. That preview is not recorded by us; see our Privacy Policy.
- Recordings count toward the host's cloud storage. Each plan includes a number of cameras per room and a number of recording hours each month, shown on the Plans screen in the app.
10. Public content, the Live Map and reporting
Parts of MiniStream are public to other users: a broadcast you put on the Live Map, and a profile you choose to publish under a handle. Both are your choice and both can be withdrawn.
- The Live Map is opt-in. When you turn it on for a broadcast, you allow us to show that broadcast to other users of MiniStream — its title, its thumbnail and an approximate area — for as long as you are live. The pin is removed when the broadcast ends. Ghost Mode keeps you off the map entirely, and you can turn the map off at any time. How the location itself is handled is in our Privacy Policy.
- A published profile is public to signed-in users. Claim a handle and your name, photo and bio can be found by other users. Remove the handle and you are no longer listed.
- What you make public must follow Section 6. A title, thumbnail, handle, photo or bio that breaks the acceptable-use rules breaks them in public, where it reaches other people fastest.
- Reporting. Any user can report a broadcast on the map or a public profile from inside the app. Reports are counted but never shown to the person who filed them, and the person reported is not told who reported them.
- What we do about reports. When enough separate users report the same broadcast or profile, it is removed from the Live Map or the public directory automatically, without us looking at it first — a public listing is a privilege, and we would rather take one down early than leave it up while it is being complained about. We may also remove a listing, hide a profile, or suspend an account under Section 16 when we find a breach of these Terms ourselves or are told of one.
- Removal from public view is not deletion of your content. Your broadcast, recordings and clips stay yours and stay in your account. Removal affects where MiniStream shows you to other users; it does not touch the platforms you stream to, which enforce their own rules separately.
- Blocking. You can block another account, which hides their broadcasts from you. Your block list is private to you.
- Abuse of reporting — filing reports in bad faith, or to silence someone you simply disagree with — is itself a breach of these Terms.
- If you believe something was removed in error, email [email protected] and tell us what happened.
11. AI features
MiniStream can generate suggested captions, hashtags, recaps and clip highlights. These are suggestions only. AI output can be inaccurate, inappropriate or unsuitable for your audience. Review anything AI generates before you publish it — you remain fully responsible for what goes out on your channels. We make no warranty about the accuracy, quality or fitness of AI-generated output.
Captions from speech. When you ask for captions on a Record room take, the sound of that take is transcribed automatically and the words become the captions. Speech recognition mishears people — names, numbers, accents and crosstalk most of all — so the result is a draft. Read the captions before you publish the video; what goes out on your channels is yours, not ours. What happens to the audio is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Service availability
We work to keep MiniStream running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Live streaming depends on your device, your network connection, our relay infrastructure and each destination platform — a failure in any of these can interrupt a broadcast. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, and we may change, add or remove features over time.
Do not rely on MiniStream alone for a broadcast where failure would cause you serious loss. For critical events, have a fallback.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted or secure, or that defects will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MozgoTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, viewers, followers or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including a failed, interrupted or incomplete broadcast.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or USD 50.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MozgoTech harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using MiniStream and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if your use puts the Service or other users at risk, or if we are required to by law or by a platform we depend on. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right. On termination, Sections 5 (last paragraph), 13, 14, 15 and 18 survive.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as MiniStream changes. Each revision carries a version number and an effective date, both shown at the top of this page, and every previous version is listed in Section 21 below.
When we publish a new version, the app asks you to agree to it before you continue using the Service. You can read the new version from that screen, and you can sign out instead of agreeing. We record which version you agreed to and when — see Record of your agreement in our Privacy Policy.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
19. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
