Welcome to MozgoTech ("Company", "we", "our", "us")! We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you, or that you may provide, when you visit our website mozgotech.com or use any mobile or desktop application we publish (each, an "App", and together with the website, the "Services"). It also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. This policy applies to all MozgoTech Services unless a specific App provides its own supplemental privacy notice.

2. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:

Account information you provide when you register or sign in, such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers (including via third-party sign-in providers)
Contact information such as name, email address, and phone number when you fill out a form or contact us
Content you submit to an App, such as text, audio, images, files, responses, or other materials you create or upload while using its features
Purchase and subscription information processed by the applicable app store or payment provider (we do not store full payment card details)
Device and technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, unique device or installation identifiers, language, and crash or diagnostic logs
Usage data such as features used, in-app actions, session duration, and interaction details
Non-personal and aggregated information collected automatically as you navigate the Services

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you, or that you provide to us:

To provide, operate, and maintain the Services and their features
To create and manage your account and authenticate you
To process the content you submit and generate the results or output you request
To process transactions, subscriptions, and in-app purchases
To personalize your experience and remember your preferences
To provide customer support and respond to your requests
To monitor, analyze, and improve the Services, including diagnosing technical issues

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify any individual without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:

To service providers and contractors who perform functions on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, and AI/processing providers, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations
To app stores and payment providers as needed to process purchases and subscriptions

To protect the rights, property, or safety of MozgoTech, our users, or others

5. Third-Party and AI Service Providers

Our Services rely on third-party platforms to function, which may include cloud and backend providers (such as authentication, database, and storage services), analytics and crash-reporting tools, and artificial-intelligence processing providers. When you use App features powered by these providers, the content you submit may be transmitted to and processed by them solely to deliver the requested functionality. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to perform services for us. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party provider where applicable.

6. Connected Social Media Accounts (MiniStream)

Our live-streaming and cross-posting app MiniStream lets you connect third-party social media and streaming accounts — including Instagram, Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.), YouTube, Twitch, and Vimeo — so you can stream to and publish content across them from one place. You choose which accounts to connect, and you can disconnect any of them at any time from the app's account settings.

Instagram and Meta. When you connect an Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account through Instagram's official login, we access the following data from Meta solely to provide the features you use:

Account identity — your Instagram account ID, username, and profile picture — shown in the app so you can confirm and select the connected account (permission: instagram_business_basic).
Content publishing — the photos, videos, and captions you choose to publish are sent to Instagram to create the post you requested (permission: instagram_business_content_publish).
Comments — comments on your own posts, so you can read, reply to, hide, or delete them from within the app (permission: instagram_business_manage_comments).
Insights — aggregate metrics for your own account and posts, such as reach, shown in the app's analytics (permission: instagram_business_manage_insights).

We use this data only to operate the features you initiate for your own connected account. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it except with the service providers described in this policy that host the app's backend on our behalf. Access tokens are stored securely on our backend and are never exposed to other users. Our use and transfer of information received from Meta and other platforms adheres to each platform's developer and limited-use policies.

Deleting your Instagram/Meta data. You can revoke our access at any time by disconnecting the account in MiniStream (Settings → Connected accounts), or from your Instagram account's "Apps and websites" settings. Disconnecting deletes the stored account identity and access tokens for that account. You may also request deletion by emailing [email protected], and the app supports Meta's data-deletion request callback. Content already published to Instagram remains on your Instagram profile until you remove it there, as Instagram does not provide an API for apps to delete published posts on your behalf.

Your use of these connected platforms is also governed by each platform's own terms and privacy policy (for example, Meta's Privacy Policy, and the Google, Twitch, and Vimeo policies).

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below; some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

8. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure, including encryption in transit and access controls. Information is stored on secure servers operated by us or our cloud providers.

Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can:

Access and update account information within the App settings, where available
Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us
Manage subscriptions and purchases through your app store account
Control device-level permissions (such as microphone, camera, notifications, and tracking) through your device settings

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

On our website we use cookies and similar technologies to track activity and hold certain information. In our Apps we may use device identifiers and analytics SDKs for comparable purposes. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies and manage tracking preferences through your device settings.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, where data-protection laws may differ. Where required, we take appropriate safeguards to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If we learn that we have collected such information without verified parental consent, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

13. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, updating the "last updated" date, and, where appropriate, providing notice within an App.
