What cloud storage is for
Cloud storage holds pre-recorded clips so a scheduled stream can air without your phone. When the time comes, MiniStream's servers fetch the clip and broadcast it — your phone can be off, out of battery, or offline.

How clips get into the cloud
- Scheduling a clip uploads it automatically over Wi-Fi so it can air from the cloud.
- Sync clips automatically (off by default) uploads your whole library, on Wi-Fi only.
- Sync to cloud storage on a single clip uploads it now, over any connection — mind your mobile data.
Each clip is stored once. Scheduling the same clip again, or on a repeating series, doesn't upload it again or use more space. A clip that shows In cloud storage can be scheduled any number of times for free.

Reading the storage card
The card at the top of Pre-recorded shows how much you've used and how many clips are stored.
- Running low — you're close to the limit.
- Full — new clips stay on your phone. Scheduled streams still air, but your phone needs to be awake at air time.
- Over your plan — usually after moving to a smaller plan. Nothing changes until the date shown, after which the oldest clips are removed until you fit.
Freeing space
Open a clip's menu and choose:
- Remove from phone — frees space on your device; the clip stays streamable from the cloud.
- Delete from cloud — frees cloud storage; scheduled streams using it will need your phone awake.
- Delete everywhere — removes it for good.
Clips used only by a schedule are cleaned up automatically after that schedule has aired, so storage mostly looks after itself.
