Unified live chat
While you're live, open Unified chat to see messages from YouTube, Twitch and Facebook in one feed, each marked with its platform. Unified chat is included with paid plans.
- For YouTube and Twitch destinations added by hand, fill in Chat channel on the destination so MiniStream knows which chat to read.
- Obvious spam — repeated messages, walls of capitals — is filtered out, and you can hide messages or block authors for the rest of the stream.
- You can reply to YouTube chat directly from MiniStream. Other platforms are read-only in the chat panel.
Comment inbox
The Comments tab collects comments on your posts and videos from connected YouTube, Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- Comments are grouped by account, so two channels or Pages on one login stay separate.
- Replies appear nested under the comment they answer.
- Reply from the thread's reply box. Platforms allow one level of replies, so every reply goes to the original comment.
Common questions
A platform's chat isn't showing
Check the destination is connected (or has its chat channel filled in) and that the broadcast is actually live on that platform. The chip for each source shows whether it connected.
"Couldn't check for comments"
Your comments are still on the platforms — MiniStream just couldn't reach them. Pull to refresh, and reconnect the account if it keeps happening.
Can I delete comments?
Where the platform allows it. Instagram does not let apps delete comments.
