This page explains how to request deletion of your MiniStream account and the data associated with it. MiniStream is published by MozgoTech ("we", "our", "us").

Delete from within the app

You can permanently delete your account directly inside MiniStream:

1. Open the MiniStream app and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings screen.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. A confirmation dialog appears explaining that this permanently erases your account — destinations and stream keys, branding, schedules, history, team seats, and cross-posts — and that this cannot be undone. Tap Delete to confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately — there is no waiting period and no way to undo it once confirmed.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my MiniStream account". We will verify your identity and process the request. You can also reach us through our Contact page.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently erase the personal data linked to it — there is no soft-delete or retention window. This includes:

• Your account and authentication identifiers (Firebase Auth record, sign-in provider IDs, email address)
• Your profile, avatar, and branding assets (logos, overlays, watermarks)
• Your streaming destinations and stream keys
• Scheduled streams, stream history, and recap/highlight data
• Team memberships and seats, and any cross-post records
• Stored media and files in your account's Storage space

Deletion is handled by a dedicated backend function that removes your Firestore data tree, your files in Cloud Storage, and your Firebase Authentication record — a complete erase, not a deactivation.

Connected third-party accounts

If you connected destinations via "Connect with YouTube," Twitch, Facebook, or Vimeo, MiniStream stores an authorization (OAuth) token for each linked platform so it can stream on your behalf. When you delete your account, these stored authorizations are removed along with the rest of your account data, unlinking MiniStream from those platforms. Note that this does not revoke MiniStream's access grant on the third-party platform's own side — if you'd like to fully revoke access there as well, you can do so from that platform's own connected-apps or security settings (for example, YouTube/Google, Twitch, Facebook, or Vimeo account settings).

What data may be retained

We do not keep a retention copy of deleted account data. Some limited information may still be kept for a short period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Transaction and purchase records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance
• Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you
• Records needed to detect or prevent fraud and abuse, or to resolve disputes

Such retained data is held only as long as necessary and is then deleted. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.

How long deletion takes

In-app deletion is immediate — once you confirm the dialog, your account, destinations, schedules, history, and stored files are erased right away. Email requests are typically processed within 30 days of identity verification.
