Delete Your intervAI Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your intervAI account and the data associated with it. intervAI is published by MozgoTech ("we", "our", "us").

Option 1: Delete from within the app (recommended)

You can permanently delete your account directly inside intervAI:

1. Open the intervAI app and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and associated data are then permanently removed.

For security, you may be asked to sign in again before deletion completes.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my intervAI account". We will verify your identity and process the request. You can also reach us through our Contact page.

Deleting only some of your data (without deleting your account)

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove specific content. Within the intervAI app you can delete individual items as you go, including:

• CVs / resumes — open the CV, then delete it from the CV list or editor.
• Cover letters — delete an individual cover letter from its list.
• Interview sessions — delete a session from your interview history.

To request removal of specific data without deleting your account, email [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my intervAI data" and describe which data you want removed. We will verify your identity and process the request, typically within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data linked to it, including:

• Your account and authentication identifiers (name, email address, sign-in provider IDs)
• Your profile information
• Your CV / resume content and imported documents
• Your cover letters and ATS scoring results
• Your interview practice sessions and history
• Your in-app credit balance and referral records
• Your app preferences and settings

What data may be retained

Some information may be kept for a limited period after deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Transaction and purchase records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance
• Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you
• Records needed to detect or prevent fraud and abuse, or to resolve disputes

Such retained data is held only as long as necessary and is then deleted. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.

How long deletion takes

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are typically processed within 30 days of identity verification.
